Urgent level issues are for critical business impact or outage level problems. Please be sure to define in the new ticket what the impact is and what the required resolution time is.

These steps only apply to new ticket creation.

Answer

There are two ways to create an Urgent level ticket without logging into the support portal:

  • When entering a subject in your email, add the text "URGENT!" (the exclamation point is required, quotes are not required)
  • Send the new ticket request to support.urgent@axonius.com
